The Tragedy of Sandy Hook Elementary School
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of the victims of Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut who have so tragically lost their loved ones. The scale and brutality of this tragedy defy belief and we extend our deepest sympathies to all affected.
It is but a small contribution we can make towards the school, but it is with sincere and earnest feelings that we make it. We will not forget.
May God be with those who’s circumstances have been so dreadfully affected, may they find Him near, for “God is our refuge and strength, a help in distresses, very readily found” Psalm 46 verse 1.

i was devistated when i herd about this event and its so nice that u guys care…do any of ur children attend this school…if they dont i cant say how good i think u r for supporting the families who lost there little loved ones so suddenly and brutily…i dont c how any one can say that u are not charitable when u do all this off your own backs
No there are no PBCC children at Sandy Hook – our hearts just went out to the families there and this was something we could do to support in some small way – it is so hard to imagine what they are going through there.
It’s becoming clearer and clearer to me that someone is poisoning the Charity Commission, and probably someone with something personal against this particular charity (PBCC). What they don’t seem to realise is that it does come down to an attack on Christianity as a whole (and probably other religions) , so yes, where is it all going to end?? I feel so sorry for the PBCC – who could possibly say they aren’t for the public benefit, I simply don’t understand it. The tragedy of Sandy Hook School was totally shattering – life changing – and the generosity and compassion of the PBCC was very much appreciated. It’s times like that (which I pray will never be repeated) that one realizes how great the power of Christianity IS,
I notice in recent press articles that Christian groups are being constantly attacked for their beliefs and whether they are a public benefit. This happening only enforces the security that Christians provide to the community, as those who practice kindness and have a love for souls. If only the whole of society worked on these principles, we wouldn’t experience these cruel happenings. (Newtown, Connecticut School Shooting – 26 Dead) Definitely a public benefit!!
I agree with you Fred. It seems to me after looking through all this, that whoever is opposing the charitable status has something personal against them, or they’re against Christianity maybe. If it’s the latter, where will it end? Will every charitable church have their charitable status revoked? After all their obviously charitable actions? That’s madness. The Charities Commission must be blind.
Reading through the website earlier it looked as though your charitable status was being challenged. Why is that when you are dooing such charitable things such as the above for apparently no reason than you felt sorry for them.
